White Water Outfitters reserves the right to utilize any Fed-Ex, UPS, or USPS service to meet our delivery standards. You can expect your order to be processed and shipped within 24 hours, if placed on a business day. Weekends and holidays are excluded from normal business days.Standard 5-7 Business Day shipping, and 2-3 day expedited shipping is a part of our normal shipping structure. These time windows refer to the shipping speed on the shipping carrier's end. If you need your item express shipped for a deadline, it is always best to call to arrange special expedited services. Pricing may vary according to weight and size of package. Dimensional weight charges will be added when applicable. Call for details.

Oversized packages which have dimensional weight charges applied will incur additional freight charges as imposed by the courier. These items would include but are not limited to: fishing rods, gaffs, coolers, rigging buckets, bait trays, bait tanks, tackle boxes/bags, marlin mats, boarding mats, battle stations, outriggers, fighting chairs & rod logs.

Orders being sent to international addresses outside of the continental United States will incur additional charges. Prices calculated online are estimates. Customers will be contacted should shipping charges exceed that of which they were quoted online. All international shipping/handling charges are based on package size weight and eventual destination. Any duties/taxes, or customs fees incurred are the purchaser’s responsibility. Shipping via the US Postal Service is available to US Military Addresses and Select International destinations. Please call for more information. All shipping will be billed at USPS rates.

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service dept within 30 days of receipt for a return authorization. Returns/Exchanges without authorization WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Returns/Exchanges after 30 days of original receipt WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. All Returns/Exchanges MUST be in original packaging and in unused/re-sellable condition.

Pricing may vary according to weight and size of package. 

As the customer, you are solely responsible for entering your address correctly for your order, in such a manner that it is sufficient for the US Postal Service, or UPS to complete delivery. If you provide an address that is insufficient/undeliverable, and the package is Returned To Sender, you will be responsible for the cost of the shipping label. This will be deducted from the order amount for your refund.

Standard New York State sales tax applies only to orders delivered within New York State, any orders outside of New York State are shipped exempt of sales tax.
