We strive for 100% customer satisfaction, however if you would like to return an item we ask that you please call us or email for return authorization before shipping the item to us. You may return any un-used item in it’s original packaging with tags, etc. up to 30 days after it was purchased. After we receive the item, expect your refund to be issued in 2-3 business days. Any original shipping and handling costs that we paid for as the shipper will not be refunded, if free shipping was applied to the purchase, you will not be credited back for the book rate of the original shipping.
